On Thursday, March 13th 2025 the Lee County Chamber of Commerce hosted its 18th Annual Under the Oaks Art Show and Reception in the restored Train Depot. We had 40 entries and a wonderful celebration of local talent. Congratulations to our winners! On Thursday, January 16th, 2025, the Lee County Chamber of Commerce hosted a Ribbon Cutting for 7 Brew Coffee, located at 1379 US-82 W, Leesburg GA 31763! 7 Brew specializes in all kinds of different drinks! They have over 20,000 drink combinations and more sugar free options than anyone else on the market! Their team, energy, speed of service, and customization truly set them apart from their competition. Although they are a big franchise chain, 7 Brew in Lee County is a small family-owned business that is proud to be in our community.

On Tuesday, February 18th, 2025, in partnership with the Lee County School System - LCSS and the Professional Association of Georgia Educators (PAGE) Foundation, the Lee County Chamber of Commerce held the 2025 STAR Breakfast! The Student Teacher Achievement Recognition (STAR) program honors the most academically successful student based on their SAT scores (during one test administration), class standing, and scholastic averages. Congratulations to Lee County’s 2025 STAR Student, Christopher Dowling! Christopher chose Mrs. Lindsay Young as his STAR teacher, as she has had the greatest impact on his academic journey.

On Friday, November 15th, 2024, the Lee County Chamber of Commerce hosted a Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening celebration for First National Bank, located at 1559 US Highway 19 S. Leesburg, GA 31763! On Thursday, November 7th, 2024 the Lee County Chamber of Commerce hosted its 35th Annual Dinner. It was a wonderful celebration of our community and the people and businesses that call it home! We mingled, enjoyed live music, and had a wonderful dinner with colleagues and friends! Continuing on the City of Leesburg’s 150th Anniversary celebration, we reflected on how far our community has come. Our resiliency and commitment to each other show exactly why life works well here!

On Saturday, October 19th the Lee County Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the City of Leesburg held the 3rd Annual ‘Burg Bash Festival! Vendors lined the field and tasty eats could be found anywhere you looked. Attendees enjoyed afternoon sounds from Thomas Merritt Band and danced the night away to tunes from Swingin' Medallions!

On Thursday, October 3rd, 2024, the Lee County Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia held a Ribbon cutting to celebrate the Grand Opening of the Girl Scouts DreamLab! Located inside the Walmart on Ledo Road, 2825 Ledo Rd - Albany. What is a Girl Scout DreamLab? It’s a flexible space that evolves to meet the interests and hobbies of girls today. Whether that is coding and programming a robot, recording a podcast, culinary exploration, or more, the Girl Scout DreamLab is a showplace of the Girl Scout experience in action.

On Tuesday, October 1st, 2024, the Lee County Chamber of Commerce hosted a Ribbon Cutting for AMG Mobile Detailing LLC! AMG is an Auto Mobile Detailing company that specializes in standard auto detailing, paint corrections, ceramic coating, oxidation removal, stain and odor control, and more! Owner Earl Guest focuses on honesty and integrity and it’s evident in the quality relationships he has built with his clients.

On Friday, September 13th, 2024, the Lee County Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting for Superior Site Services, located at 336 GA Hwy 32 E – Leesburg, GA. Superior Site Services is a construction site and utility company that specializes in clearing, site preparation and underground utilities.
